SoluForce Light: L450/L540 (GT)
The perfect solution for low to medium-pressure fluid transportation.
SoluForce Light has all the same properties as SoluForce Classic, at lower pressures. SoluForce Light is reinforced with synthetic fibre tape and has a maximum operating pressure of 36 bar for the 4-inch L450 pipe, and 29 bar for the 6-inch L540 pipe. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable.
SoluForce Classic: M480/M570 (GT)
Excellent solution for medium to high-pressure fluid transportation
Reinforced with synthetic fibre tape, it has a maximum operating pressure of 90 bar for the 4-inch M480 pipe and 72 bar for the 6-inch M570 pipe. Being fully metal-free, it is ideal for even the toughest applications. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable
SoluForce Heavy: H415/H515 (HT/GT/DW)
Pushing the boundries even further, with extremely high pressures and high temperatures.
SoluForce Heavy provides an excellent, flexible solution for high-pressure hydrocarbon transport. Reinforced with high-strength steel wire, SoluForce Heavy has a maximum operating pressure of 150 bar for the 4-inch H415 pipe and 150 bar for the 6-inch H515 pipe – and up to 181 bar in sweet applications. The GT (Gas Tight) version has the added benefit of being non-permeable. The HT (Hight Temperature) version can transport fluids at temperatures of up to 85°C/185ºF – a level of performance unmatched by any other flexible composite pipe available today.
Fittings
High performance fitting solution providing unmatched connectivity.
SoluForce pipe systems include a full fitting solution that is specially designed for the various SoluForce pipes. For the Light and Classic pipe systems, a non-metallic electrofusion connection system is available. For the Heavy pipe system, we offer a non-metallic single swaged and a high performance double swage connection system.

Our services also include providing dedicated SoluForce installation equipment. The equipment, which can be rented as well as purchased, is state of the art and computer controlled. This guarantees that all couplings and fittings are installed in a way that is controlled, consistent and correct.

The SoluForce Academy, can train your international staff and deliver local-context training to ensure your SoluForce system is installed safely, quickly and in a way that will ensure its long-term durability. This means that your own local crew will be able to install and use the SoluForce pipeline systems, so you won’t be dependent on other parties.
Emergency Repair Set
Minimize downtime in case of pipeline failure
With our Emergency Repair Sets (ERS), you will be able to minimize downtime in case of any failures within your excising pipeline infrastructure. The set can be delivered on short notice and consists of fittings and SoluForce Flexible Composite Pipes.
